Tomato, Mozzarella and Avocado

This is a great dish for summer appetizers. It's tasty, light and looks beautiful. The best part about it all is that it's extremely simple to prepare!
Compliments to Mary for her superb computer camera taking skills.

Ingredients
1 tomato
1/2 of a ball of mozzarella
1 avocado
olive oil
white wine vinegar
salt and pepper

Start by cutting 1 avocado, 1 tomato, and a half-of-a-ball of mozzarella. Take a plate or platter and place each item staggered one on top of each other, rotating between the three. Drizzle olive oil on top. The key to this is to put your hand over the opening and zigzag a small amount of the oil over the ingredients. Then drizzle a small amount of white wine vinegar on top. Place a few leafs of basil between the ingredients. Top with salt and pepper. ENJOY!!

No longer do we take the time to stop and enjoy ourselves, rather we go through our hectic day forgetting what is truly important. Fast food and dinner in front of the TV has become a norm for many families, and we have slowly begun to drift away from entertaining and socializing.

Dining should be an experience. It should be a time when family and friends gather, and are excited to eat, drink, and be with one another. No better way to make any event a lasting memory then having delicious drinks, exceptional food, and a breath-taking setting
.

I hope to inspire you to dream big with small budgets, lack of experience, and busy lives to create unforgettable gatherings.
