Tomato, Mozzarella and Avocado

This is a great dish for summer appetizers. It's tasty, light and looks beautiful. The best part about it all is that it's extremely simple to prepare!
Compliments to Mary for her superb computer camera taking skills.

Ingredients
1 tomato
1/2 of a ball of mozzarella
1 avocado
olive oil
white wine vinegar
salt and pepper

Start by cutting 1 avocado, 1 tomato, and a half-of-a-ball of mozzarella. Take a plate or platter and place each item staggered one on top of each other, rotating between the three. Drizzle olive oil on top. The key to this is to put your hand over the opening and zigzag a small amount of the oil over the ingredients. Then drizzle a small amount of white wine vinegar on top. Place a few leafs of basil between the ingredients. Top with salt and pepper. ENJOY!!

  1. Well brit, it's been awhile. I just made this. your directions are are flawless. "Drizzle" is a great word, most people do not understand how to dress something with olive oil.

But, I don't you can make something that will top the diner we had years ago, aint nothing gonna do it :)
